Complete septic system installation for a 4-bedroom family home in Wilanów district. The project included a 5000-liter concrete tank with three chambers, drainage field installation covering 45 square meters, and connection to existing plumbing infrastructure. Work completed within 5 days with minimal disruption to the property.
Restaurant Wastewater System
Installation of specialized treatment system for a 120-seat restaurant in Mokotów. The setup features a grease trap with 800-liter capacity, dual-chamber septic tank rated for commercial use, and biological filtration unit. System designed to handle peak loads during business hours while meeting environmental regulations.
Country Estate System
Large-scale installation for a property near Konstancin-Jeziorna serving main house and guest cottage. Two interconnected tanks with total volume of 8000 liters, extended drainage field with distribution box, and pump station for uphill discharge. Includes monitoring system for water level control and alarm notification.
System Upgrade and Repair
Comprehensive renovation of a 15-year-old system in Praga district. Replaced deteriorated concrete lid, repaired damaged inlet pipe, cleaned all chambers, and installed new baffles. Installation of advanced treatment facility for a three-story office complex in Ursynów. System processes wastewater from 80 employees with aerobic treatment technology, UV disinfection unit, and effluent quality monitoring. Emergency Drain Field Replacement
Rapid response project in Bemowo where saturated soil caused system failure. Excavated and replaced 60 square meters of drain field, installed new perforated pipes with proper gravel bedding, and added distribution box for even flow. Conducted percolation test and adjusted field size based on soil absorption rate.
