All quotations provided by Fevipo are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if additional work is required.
A written service agreement must be signed by both parties before commencement of any installation or major repair work. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Fevipo provides warranties on workmanship and installed components as follows:
Workmanship: We guarantee our installation and repair workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects arising from our work but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
Components and Materials: Septic tanks, pumps, and other components are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist clients in warranty claims for defective products. The duration and terms of these warranties vary by manufacturer and product.
Warranties are void if the system is modified by unauthorized persons or if recommended maintenance schedules are not followed.
While Fevipo strives to provide the highest quality services, we shall not be held liable for damages or losses arising from:
Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cash, and credit cards. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. For installation projects, cancellation terms will be specified in the service agreement and may include costs for materials already ordered or work already performed.
Fevipo respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Information collected is used solely for service delivery, communication, and record-keeping purposes. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law.
Fevipo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warszawa, Poland.
